Data Protection Admin Officer - Initio Learning Trust

Initio Learning Trust has a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Data Protection Admin Officer to join their dedicated IT Shared Services Team.

Contract: This job is offered on a fixed term basis, for the duration of one year. 

It is a part time role with flexible working pattern to be agreed - 15 hours p/w over 41 weeks per year (term time contract, plus 2 weeks) or 13.5 hours p/w over 52 weeks per year (or equivalent)

Full time equivalent (FTE) Salary: Grade 5, £26,427 - £26,847 per annum

Actual Salary: £9,688 - £9,842 per annum

Approx Start: 16 November 2026 (or earlier if possible)

Location: You will be required to travel to Broadstone, with a combination of office based and home working.

Keeping Children Safe in Education

The Trust will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. All aspects of social media and internet searches will be conducted. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination, a person who is not on the appointment panel will conduct the searches and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern.
