Generalist ASC-SEMH Teacher (KS3/4)

We are seeking an outstanding, proactive, and resourceful teacher with experience of working with autistic children and young people in an education setting, and a deep commitment to inclusive, relationship centred practice.
As an ASC-SEMH Teacher (KS3/4) you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, supported by specialist teachers within a nurturing and collaborative team. You will be a reflective practitioner skilled in building positive relationships and committed to supporting each pupil’s holistic development. You should be self-motivated with a creative approach to curriculum delivery and have the skills to continuously improve the learning experience for our pupils. You should have experience of working with young people with Autism and complex needs and understand what approaches work well and how building positive relationships are key.
The successful candidate will also teach GCSE Citizenship, delivering engaging and accessible lessons that support pupils in gaining a recognised qualification.
