Area Practice Manager - Adult Access Team

This is a pivotal time to become part of our management team as we shape and develop our new Prevention and Early Intervention Service. While your primary responsibility will be the leadership and management of the Adult Access Team alongside the Operations Manager, you will also work closely with APMs across the prevention service to develop this innovative new model. You will play a key role in transforming our ways of working, positively leading change, and helping us meet both organisational goals and customer needs.
