We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our friendly and professional team at Beaminster St Mary's Academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- safeguarding children during the lunchtime period
- clearing and tidying away after lunch
- distributing lunches to children
- encouraging positive play and interaction among the children
Requirements:
- experience in a similar role, working with children
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well as part of a team
- commitment to promoting the school's Christian ethos and values
Desirable qualities:
- patience and understanding when working with children
- creativity in facilitating engaging lunchtime activities
- willingness to participate in school events and extra-curricular activities
Hours: 10 hours per week from Midday to 2pm.
