  • an understanding of relevant child protection policies which keep children safe in a school setting

You should be:

  • forward thinking and willing to adapt to the changing needs of the federation
  • able to promote the warm, caring and friendly ethos of the federation to pupils, parents and the public with strong interpersonal skills, conveying messages confidently and clearly

  • able to perform calmly under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of performance and accuracy and have a can-do attitude
  • confident to use your own initiative as well as work as part of a team, able to prioritise work

If you are ready for a new challenge and enjoy working with an organisation where no day will be the same, then please apply.
